Shade 4.62 is best for anyone with natural hair between light brown and black. If you want to explore other reflects and tones in the dark brown range, try 4.0 Dark Brown, 4.12 Dark Iridescent Brown, 4.15 Dark Soft Mahogany, 4.60 Dark Intense Auburn, and 4.3 Dark Golden Brown.

For those who currently have color treated hair, there are special considerations for the color result you can achieve.
