“All skin types can benefit from using oil-free products although I usually recommend them for acne-prone skin types,” says Garnier consulting dermatologist Dr. Diane Madfes. “However if your skin is dry and you don't want to use products with oil, look for formulas with ingredients like hyaluronic acid and urea for skin hydration. Both of these ingredients bind water.”
